Aromatrix Pte Ltd was founded in 1999 by Dr Lawrence Koe, an internationally renowned expert in environmental engineering. The company was the first in Singapore and the region to develop and market a new-generation dynamic olfactometer, the Odormat®.

In 2001, Aromatrix Technologies Pte Ltd was formed to provide turnkey environmental engineering solutions. The company developed an award-winning biological trickling filter technology AroBIOS® , successfully trial-tested and commercially-proven at Singapore’s own Water Reclamation Plants.

In 2003, we made inroads into the U.S. market with the licensing of AroBIOS® to Met-Pro Corporation. This set the stage for further expansion overseas as the company looks to market our home-grown technology and expertise in Australia, China, and the rest of Asia.

With our new International Division set up in 2004, Aromatrix plans to look for new business opportunities and ventures to take the company to the next level.
